Bimeda Le Sueur Team Replace Single Use Cups With Re-Usable Water Bottles

Bimeda employees are constantly looking for ways to reduce waste on our sites.

Employees at Bimeda’s manufacturing site in Le Sueur, Minnesota, recently identified an opportunity to reduce waste, by replacing single-use cups with re-usable water bottles.

Previously, water dispensers on site were used with single-use cups. Over the course of a year, this added up, with thousands of cups being used once and thrown away.

To address this issue, the site’s Sustainability Champions organised for each employee to be provided with a re-usable water bottle; completely removing the need for single use cups.

Visitors to the site are also provided with a reusable Bimeda bottle.
