Bimeda Telsol Team Achieves Level 3 Green Dragon Accreditation

The Green Dragon Environmental Standard is awarded to organisations that can demonstrate effective environmental management and that are taking action to understand, monitor and control their impacts on the environment.

The Standard, which is structured into five ‘Levels’, allows organisations to gain a third-party certification that provides recognition of their environmental practices and demonstrates their commitments to sustainability, consideration of environmental impacts, compliance with legislation and environmental protection.

The team at Telsol have done a great deal of work and are very focused on making sure that sustainability is a consideration in all areas of work. Following on from a recent audit, Telsol was awarded a level three accreditation and are now working towards achieving level four.

Colleagues at Telsol have conducted specific projects, such as replacing non-recyclable packaging elements with recyclable packaging. However, their work goes far beyond projects and the team are constantly looking for new ways to embed sustainability and efficiency in their daily processes and work. Colleagues at Telsol are now currently focused on steps they can take to reduce their carbon footprint.
